Dave Goodyear is a seasoned realtor who is licensed in TN and GA. He began his real estate career over four years ago in January of 2019. Prior to that, Goodyear spent 23 very successful years in sales, mostly in the technology industry, selling legal research software to law firms and to companies with in-house legal departments. He tells people all the time that if he could have one “career do-over”, he would have started his career in real estate immediately after graduating from The University of Tennessee at Martin in 1996.

Goodyear absolutely loves being in real estate because he loves helping people reach their personal real estate goals. He works with a wide variety of clients, from first-time home buyers, to first-time home sellers, to luxury home buyers and sellers. He also works with several investors to help them buy and sell properties to increase the value of their portfolios. Goodyear also has experience in commercial real estate, helping clients find the perfect space for their businesses, which can include buying, selling or leasing commercial properties.

When he’s not working, Goodyear loves spending time with his beautiful wife of 19 years, Brooke, and their two amazing children, Ella (17) and Will (15). They love to travel as a family. The Goodyear’s are active members of First Centenary United Methodist Church. They are also very active in the community through various charitable organizations.
